I've been building websites for over 24 years and am the owner of ProActive Design LLC. I have spent years studying what works and what doesn't work on the web. My conclusion? Understand the needs of your customers. When you truly understand your customer and build a website that addresses their needs then the site will be successful.
I work with every client personally from start to finish and am there to answer and solve every question along the way.
However, because a website is a continual work of progress, please know that we will maintain your site and add additional features to it as time goes by. For this reason we like long-term relationships best. Your site needs to stay current and keep moving forward otherwise technology will pass you by (and so will customers).
